Take A Break

Don’t forget to take a break. too many times we think we can’t afford time off due to financial or work schedule demands.  As the saying goes – “All work and no play, makes Jack a dull boy.” Not only will Jack be a dull boy, but he will find himself in the middle of a great big crash and burn, burn out, that is.
