Ad2, Inc. Seeking A Director of All Things Digital – Webmaster
Seeking a multi-faceted webmaster with the desire and ability to grow with the ever-changing digital marketing world and the opportunities therein.
The ideal candidate is a skilled creative professional that thrives in a team environment but is also able to manage his or her own time.
You will need to be adept in effectively understanding and communicating the marketing message across all media, on- and offline. (Yes, we need you to be a graphic designer, too.) You will create the look, layout and features of our websites, landing pages, and the digital advertising efforts for the company’s campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
- Continually improve and optimize user experience and engagement
- Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help define a creative strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web design
- Proficient in Photoshop and other graphics tools (Illustrator, Image Ready, etc.)
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JQuery
- Experience and knowledge in analytics, targeting, remarketing tools
- SMN Marketing
– We are looking for a designer with HTML knowledge and experience as well as CMS capabilities extraordinaire to design and build clean, functional, easy-to-navigate-and-integrate websites. This person would likely integrate and manage the social media as well, so you would need to understand the psyche and strategies of SMM and how to use them to reach people where they live.
-Proven Track Record in digital strategies, tracking, targeting and remarketing, able to prepare client reports relaying the analytics and implementation thereof would be a plus.
-Would be great to find an app developer. Do you know what we could do together? We could possibly take over the world. Well, at least the digital world!
As DATD and possible world leader, this person needs to feel comfortable working with people from all walks as well as being isolated behind a computer screen for hours at a time. You need to be able to work in stressful, fast-paced conditions with the hard deadline always looming as well as have fun with yourself and your work and laugh at yourself (and us, cuz we’re gonna laugh). You need to be able to not only accept constructive criticism but either cave to it when it’s right or defend your position when it’s wrong, but always be ready to swallow your pride and give the customer what they want and need.
-Videography skills, allowing one to capture life’s treasures in a way that makes them shareable & relatable would be a bonus. (able to recognize the opportunity and capture candid moments that organically convert to viral content and marketing gold).
