Not as Productive as You Once Were?

Do you feel like you have to be productive ALL of the time?

All work and no time for yourself will dull your senses and cause you to be less productive. Put aside some time every day to put work out of your mind. Try the 10/20/30 rule: 10 minutes of quiet time, 20 minutes of reading and 30 minutes of exercise. More than you can manage? Work up to it, reduce the amount of time for each area by half, some is better than none. And remember you’re recharging your battery so you can run harder!
