Rules are made to be broken

I am sure you have found “one size fits all” does not necessarily apply to your customers and your business. Customers in unique circumstances sometimes need cusomized solutions. Remaining flexible in your operations and allowing yourself and your staff to occassionaly bend the rules you may learn that you have kept a customer that may have otherwise left. Remember our success comes from the customers’ satisfaction; make decisions based on the circumstances of unique situations. When your customer knows how much you care – they care how much you know and everyone walks away happy. Which spells S-U-C-C-E-S-S for all.
